I felt like I was staying in a comfortable and well-equipped apartment rather than a hotel room. The rooms were impeccable, offering everything one could need for a couple of days or more. However, the bright street lights shining into the room affected my sleep. The service was prompt and friendly, making my overall stay very pleasant.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly gorgeous - with underfloor heating in the bathroom, a super king bed with duck down pillows and quilt. They were spacious, clean, and modern, offering everything we needed. The location was fantastic for exploring York, close to the train station and many attractions. The hotel is in a good location just a 5-minute walk from the centre, but parking is VERY VERY TIGHT, so be careful. The rooms are decently located despite some noise from the iron gates. The service was very welcoming and accommodating, providing great recommendations. However, noise from nearby bars and a nightclub could be an issue on weekends.
